Returns Policy

Because each item is printed especially for you, I can't accept returns for change of mind on items that have been personalised.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, email info@wyldehavenco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and I'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

You can still cancel any order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact me to arrange a return, which is at your own cost, and I'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
